Jan 13, 2007 - Ronald Suitts, 55, a teacher at Larkin High School, was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 60 days of electronic home monitoring and sex-offender counseling. The judge ordered Suitts to avoid unsupervised contact with anyone younger than 17. Suitts will also surrender his teaching license as part of the plea agreement.

Suitts pleaded guilty to battery against an ex-student, admitting to repeatedly pressing his body against the 15-year-old Larkin High School student.
