Millbrae, CALIFORNIA

March 12, 2008 - David Lista, 35, a English and leadership teacher at Mills High School, was arrested Thursday. Police said he admitted filming female students in an adjoining bathroom. Charges will be determined for the videotaping.

Lista's classroom is located next to the bathroom where the images were taken from a camera placed in the ceiling, police and school officials said. "What happened was he accessed the false ceiling, which was a series of panels, and had broken out a small piece," Aronis said. School officials said the confiscated images, which police say were captured over one to two months, show 19 people using the bathroom.

A technology coordinator found the images on a school computer server. Police were notified and Lista was arrested when they found a small amount of methamphetamine in a search of his home. Lista taught at the school for seven years. [Another story says 10 years.]

Students at the school complained that Lista had other things on his mind. He consistently failed to grade papers and students passed a petition to get him to return papers. They took the petition to the principal.

Several students also said Lista was caught up in an episode last year involving links on his YouTube video-sharing account. "I saw it myself," said Alfred Tam, a senior who was in Lista's leadership class. "He had links to his 'favorites' that were all these videos of underage girls dancing in bikinis." The links were passed around the student body, Tam said.

School principal Paul Belzer declined to comment on the petition or the YouTube videos .[ TT - "It's a personnel matter." Translation: How dare you question our authority?] The union has offerred to lawyer him up.

Teachers' association president Craig Childress said Lista, who has been placed on administrative leave, is entitled to legal representation through the union.

"We've made attempts to notify him of his rights to representation," Childress said. "I'm not aware of whether he has taken that opportunity."

Arraignment is scheduled for April 8. The charges will depend upon whether he traded the images or not.

NEW CHARGES - CHILD PORNOGRAPHY April 4, 2008 - Lista was charged Friday with four felony child pornography counts, including possession of the mateirl with the intent to distribute, after investigators discovered that his home computer contains hundreds of pictures and videos of child pornography.

Lista admitted to the allegations that he filmed the students, police said. But prosecutors waited several weeks to charge him while FBI investigators examined the teacher's home computer for child pornography. Arraignment is scheduled for April 8.

ARRAIGNED April 8 - Lista was arraigned and remanded into custody this morning on drug and pornography charges. He pleaded not guilty. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Lista on July 29.

HIDDEN CLASSROOM CAMERA April 9 - Lista also peeped on students using a hidden camera stashed under his classroom desk, prosecutors said Tuesday. Police found 20 images of students he had filmed during class — from a camera pasted under his desk - on a separate computer seized from his home. His home computer also contained hundreds of other pictures and videos accessed from a wide-reaching child pornography trade, investigators said.

BAIL CONDITIONS April 15 - Prosecutors asked for increased bail, but the judge denied the request. He did add stipulations that Lista cannot contact or be around minors, be around elementary, middle or high schools and he may only use the Internet to send personal e-mails or job hunt. He is currently out on $125,000 bail.

RESIGNATION April 19 - The San Mateo Union High School District board accepted Lista's resignation during a closed-door meeting Thursday night. Police said they also seized a small amount of methamphetamine at Lista’s home.

ARRAIGNMENT for COCAINE May 16 - Lista was arraigned for possession of cocaine. Lista was stopped by San Mateo police April 4 because they thought his driving seemed impaired. After questioning, Lista handed the officers a snorting tube with a quarter gram of cocaine. He is also facing one felony charge for drugs that were previously found at his home. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 29 on the drug and pornography charges.

POSSIBLE PLEA AGREEMENT Aug 14 - Prosecutors have offered David Lista an undisclosed plea bargain but are holding off on formalizing any agreement. “We want to check into a few items first,” said Chief Deputy District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, declining to elaborate.

PLEA AGREEMENT - August 29 - Lista pleaded no contest Thursday to felony charges of possession of child pornography and possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor charges stemming from the taping of girls in the bathroom and his classroom.

A misdemeanor charge of cocaine possession was dismissed. He will have to register as a sex offender. Lista is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 30. A court-appointed psychiatrist will evaluate Lista before sentencing to determine whether he should be considered a sexual predator.

SENTENCED November 25 - Lista was sentenced Monday in San Mateo County Superior Court to two years in state prison. The three sentences to run concurrently — two years for drug use and possession, 16 months for possession of child pornography and 60 days for misdemeanor counts of improper peeping. Lista must also register as both a sex offender and narcotics offender.

Chicago, ILLINOIS

Yet another 60-something teacher arrested this week for child pornography.

October 30, 2008 - Samuel Hossin, 61, was charged Wednesday with one count of aggravated dissemination of child porn and one count of aggravated possession of child porn.

Officers from the sheriff's Child Exploitation Unit began investigating Hossin last summer after receiving a tip that he had child pornography on his computer, the release said. Police executed a search warrant in early September, seizing a loaded .38 caliber handgun, several computers and a computer hard drive found hidden behind a basement ceiling.

Hossin worked as a teacher for CPS for 30 years before retiring in 2006. He worked as a sixth-grade teacher at a South Side school.
He is slated to appear again in court Nov. 13.

Louisville, KENTUCKY

October 30, 2008 - Ronald Borman, 61, a former English teacher at Kammerer Middle School, is due in court after being charged with federal child pornography charges stemming from an investigation two years ago.

Borman has been serving a 21-month sentence in Florida. He resigned from Kammerer after he was arrested in 2006. He was convicted after a Florida detective posing as a 13-year-old had sent the detective child porn over the Internet.

Fox 41 WDRB reported that police said he was nude, had a web cam, and performed sexual acts in front of it.

An October 13, 2006 article on his arrest, revealed his work history. From WHAS:

Not only did Borman teach at Kammerer Middle School, but WHAS discovered that he taught at Saint Agnes and was a priest.

Borman was a priest in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. He was transferred by religious order twice and left the priesthood in 1998.

He was also a teacher in the catholic school system in Louisville. He taught at Saint Agnes from 1999-2001, at Saint Polycarp School from 1998-1999, and Holy Spirit School from 1978 to 1985.

The Louisville Archdiocese confirms he worked at those schools and wouldn't say anything else about why he left.

He also taught at Westport Middle School in Jefferson County.

Grand Junction, COLORADO

October 29, 2008 - Michael Morrow, 63, a teacher's aide at Grand Mesa Middle School for the last 3 weeks, was arrested for possession of child pornography. Federal agents say he had about 13,000 child porn images on his external hard drive.

During the investigation Federal agents say, Morrow admitted to receiving, viewing, and sending images and video files of child pornography.

Grand Junction Free Press (Oct. 29) "Feds arrest former Grand Mesa Middle School aide on child porn charges"
Morrow said he had been collecting and sharing such images via the Internet for years, which he'd received from "Chris LNU" of the Netherlands.

Morrow had recently written sports columns for the Grand Junction Free Press. He was an unpaid contributor. The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel on Wednesday reported on its Web site that Morrow had worked there as a copy editor.

Bloomington, ILLINOIS

In May, he had a Bible with him in the courtroom and blew kisses to supporters as security escorted him out of the courtroom.

ARRESTED May 7, 2007 - James Love, 37, a substitute teacher at District 87 and Unit 5, arrested last weekend, was arrested again on new charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery. The new allegations relate to two more victims. Police say the first alleged incident happened at Love's home, and the victim is between 13 and 16 years old.

He was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery for administering an anesthetic agent for other than medical purposes.

Police spokesman Duane Moss says the new charges also involve minors.

Love is a minister at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington. His work with youth was cited when he received Bloomington's 2006 Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Award. He also was a substitute teacher in Bloomington and Normal.

Love is, apparently, accused of anesthetizing and molesting a child under age 13.

FOURTH BOY May 16 - A fourth boy has come forward to accuse a former substitute teacher in Twin City schools of molestation. Love is to be arraigned on May 18th.

NOT GUILTY PLEA May 18 - Love pleaded not guilty to molesting four boys at his home. Love is being held in the McLean County Jail on $40,000 bail. He is due back in court June 22.

TRIAL SCHEDULED June 22 - Trial has been scheduled for July 22.

TRIAL POSTPONED July 13 - The trial has been postponed at the request of the at prosecutors, who said they are waiting for DNA evidence. A status hearing is scheduled for July 21.

INDICTED Oct 17 - Love has been indicted on federal charges of child pornography. The U.S. Attorney says Love photographed two young boys for the purposes of child pornography.Those images were allegedly among the pornographic pictures found on Love's computer when police searched his home last month. He has been charged with two counts of production of child pornography.

Love will enter a plea to the new charges in Peoria federal court on October 29.
The state case is scheduled for trial on Dec 10.

NOT GUILTY PLEA Oct 29 - Love pleaded not guilty. While the Peoria trial is scheduled for Oct 29, the Federal trial is scheduled for Dec 17.

DELAY GRANTED Nov 21 - Love has been granted a defense request for a delay in his trial until federal charges are settled. His attorney contends that Love would have a better chance of getting a concurrent sentence if his state trial comes after he faces charges in federal court.

He has been granted permission to see his son - but only under supervision.

TRIAL SCHEDULED Jan 3, 2008 - Love’s federal trial on production of pornography is scheduled to begin in Peoria on Feb. 25. The local case will be on hold until the federal case is over.

INSANITY? Feb 2 - Love's attorney has filed a motion in Federal court maintaining that Love may have been legally insane when he allegedly photographed four teenage boys after sedating and molesting them at his home last year. The attorney says that says Love may be suffering from a mental disease that prevents him from understanding the charges. He has asked the court to order a psychiatric exam to determine if Love is competent to stand trial.

JUDGE ORDERS DELAY Feb 8 - The judge has delayed the trial while Love is evaluated.

GUILTY PLEA September 30 - Love pleaded guilty in Federal court to charges of producing sexually explicit photos of minors while they were sleeping. Under terms of the plea agreement, Love will serve 20 years in federal prison. Sentencing guidelines require Love to complete 85 percent of the prison term.The McLean County charges would be dismissed under the terms of the plea deal.

NOTE: Love has agreed to help prosecutors identify a victim in the photos.
Formal sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 23. That’s when U.S. District Judge Michael M. Mihm will consider the plea agreement.

Kokomo, INDIANA

Hindson was not an educator but a swim coach at a local school where he had a hidden camera in the girls' dressing room for ten years.

Feb 7, 2008 - When a police detective viewed videos taken from a computer the swim coach sold through eBay in 2006 to a buyer in Gastonia, N.C., the detecive found the source of the files.

"Upon viewing the videos, Det. Banush went to the girls swimming locker room at Kokomo High School's Memorial Gym and determined that the video discovered by [the computer purchaser] on her computer was in fact produced in that locker room in Memorial Gym," the search warrant affidavit states.

A search warrant was served Tuesday on the coach's residence. They seized 65 items. On Wednesday, school officials met with parents of both female and male students and confirmed an investigation was taking place, and that some children may have been taped undressing in the female locker room.

Brian D. Hindson, 40, was arrested today and is now in federal custody. An examination of an external hard drive of a computer in his home obtained during the search contained eight videos of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The complaint does not allege that Hindson produced the videos.

Hindson also admitted to hiding video cameras in the locker rooms at Kokomo High School and Westfield High School.

The buyer of the computer told the FBI about finding the files in 2006 when she and her son turned on the computer. The FBI contacted the North Carolina detective on Tuesday.

Hindson pleaded guilty July 23, 2008.
The statement of facts established that during an approximately 10-year period, Hindson hid video cameras in locker rooms at Kokomo High School and Memorial Gym, and then secretly videotaped female teenage swimmers from his teams while they undressed.

Yuma, ARIZONA

Elementary school teacher arrested for child pornography.

October 22, 2008 - Clyde Imhoff, III 49, was arrested and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. Someone tipped police off that 49-year-old Clyde Imhoff kept pornographic pictures of children on his home computer.

Police obtained a search warrant and siezed his computer and other evidence. Police say the Mohawk Valley Elementary School teacher will likely face other charges. He teaches special education and structured English immersion teacher. He was hired in August. Imhoff has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the charges

Pasadena, CALIFORNIA

Two San Gabriel Valley, California teachers were arrested for child pornography in separate incidents the same day.

Nov 29, 2007 - In Pasadena, David Hassler, 62, a religious studies teacher at Mayfield Senior School School of the Holy Child Jesus, was arrested and has been charged with possession of child pornography. When Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers searched his home, they also found numerous printed images of child pornography, downloaded from the Internet.

In Lynwood, Kenneth Kothe, 61, a first grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary School, was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing child pornography after investigators found hundreds of printed images of child pornography in his home that he actually admitted to downloading. Kothe lives in Alhambra. TT entry for Kothe.

The suspects were arrested this week on state charges, but ICE officials said the agency is considering bringing federal charges against the three men. (The third man was a West Hollywood man.)

Deland, ILLINOIS

Feb 28, 2007 - Randy DeJaynes, 56, was arrested Tuesday evening for investigation of alleged sexual acts with one or more male students.

An English teacher at DeLand-Weldon High School, DeJaynes is being held on $15,000 bail. He is on paid administrative leave.

NOT GUILTY PLEA Mar 30 - DeJaynes pleaded not guilty. The attorney representing DeJaynes, entered the plea and requested a jury trial. DeJaynes was placed on paid administrative leave by the Deland-Weldon School District. The school board later decided not to rehire DeJaynes for the coming school year. DeJaynes has been teaching full-time at Deland-Weldon for the past two years.

DeJaynes, is also facing child pornography charges in Macon County following a March 22 grand jury indictment for allegedly possessing, with intent to disseminate, photographs of a boy younger than 18 in a sexual act.

RESIGNATION Apr 17 - DeJaynes resigned.

GUILTY PLEA August 27, 2008 - Randy DeJaynes pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

Under a deal with prosecutors, he'll be sentenced to two years probation.

Assistant State's Attorney Elizabeth Dobson says prosecutors plan to drop charges alleging DeJaynes molested some male students at DeLand-Weldon High School.

Sunnyvale, TEXAS

Middle school teacher sentenced to ten years in prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release and registration as a sex offender.

June 14, 2007 - Police arrested Chad Hutchins, 28, a computer teacher at Sunnyvale Middle School, for possession of child pornography.

Someone tipped off police that Hutchins had child pornography. The Sunnyvale Independent School District chose not to renew his contract this year for reasons not associated with the arrest. Before taking the Sunnyvale job, he taught at the Texas Can! Academy in Dallas

Bail is set at $50,000.

June 15 - From Pegasus News: Law enforcement officials indicate that Hutchins may have corresponded with female Jr. High students through Myspace.com. They also include the press release from the school district.

GUILTY PLEA & SENTENCING Hutchins, who pleaded guilty in May to one count of child pornography possession, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The judge also ordered that Hutchins serve 15-years of supervised release following prison and register as a sex offender.

Hutchins admitted, in documents filed in Court, that on June 12, 2007, he owned three computers at his residence in Forney, and that he knew that they contained hundreds of images of child pornography. San Antonio, TEXAS

20,000 images depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

September 20, 2008 - Dennis Jasso, 33, a former* Sam Houston High School band director, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday on two counts of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing it. FBI agents arrested Jasso Friday.

Jasso's home was searched in December 2007 and computers seized had thousands of images of minors engaging in sexual conduct. F.B.I. agents are calling it one of the largest cases of child pornography they've ever seen in this area.

Investigators told News 4 the sexually explicit images Jasso kept on his computer were of babies to 11-year-olds seen engaging in sex acts with other kids and adults. They said Jasso was sharing the porn with others online.

September 25, 2008 - Webb Rieder, 32, a classroom aide at Valley Forge Elementary School, was arrested Thursday after police said he was the source of child pornography that was distributed over the Internet.

He was charged with one count of sexually oriented matter involving a juvenile. Additional charges were pending the outcome of the investigation.

Solvay, NEW YORK

Anthony Glinski, 31, a Solvay Middle School teacher's assistant has been charged with possessing child pornography.

"The FBI says Anthony Glinski paid to be a member of a website that contained images of pre-teen boys engaging in sexually explicit conduct and then saved some of those images to his computer."

The charge reads the defendant: "...did knowingly possess material that contains images of child pornography ... of children under the age of eighteen engaged in sexually explicit activity."

TT - He isn't being charged for paying membership for a child porn site, but for possessing child pornography.

News10: School officials said the charge stems from child pornography found on Glinski's home computer, but the FBI is investigating school computers as well. The superintendent said it doesn't appear the defendant acted inappropriately with students, but he has been placed on a leave of absence.

GUILTY PLEA & SENTENCING - September 18, 2008 - Glinski pleaded guilty in July to felony charges of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was sentenced today to 10 year's probation. Glinski gave up his job as teacher's assistant as part of the prosecution. He was declared at sentencing today to be a Level 1 sex offender for purposes of the state sex offender registry.

A criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court alleges that a laptop computer used solely by DAVID GLINSKI was obtained pursuant to a search warrant issued in March, 2007, in relation to an investigation into GLINSKI’S brother, Anthony Glinski. (Anthony Glinski was arrested on similar charges on March 14, 2007.)

The complaint further states that forensic analysis of DAVID GLINSKI’S computer revealed numerous images of child pornography downloaded to that computer.

Bradford, VERMONT

Sept 16, 2007 - Richard Foster, 51, a 6th grade school teacher at Bradford Elementary School, was arrested Friday night on felony crimes against a child. The victim now lives in Florida.

The charges multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault on a minor; lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor; possession of child pornography; use of a child in a sexual performance; and luring a child for sexual exploitation.

After being released on bail, he attempted suicide.

The investigation is continuing and state police urge anyone with information to contact Detective Sgt. Tim Page at the Bradford barracks at 222-4680.

Police say the boy who had been most abused moved to Florida this summer and the crimes came to light last week when his parents discovered graphic photos of Foster on the boys cell phone. His parents contacted Vermont state police.

INDICTED FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: Sept 28 - Foster was indicted by a grand jury on federal child pornography charges. Foster is already facing four felony state sex charges. He is being held without bail at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans.

NEW CHARGES Dec 21 -Foster been charged with six new counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one new count of attempted luring of a child.

MORE VICTIMS - Jan 7, 2008 - Police have identified more victims. The total now is four.

MORE COUNTS Feb 29 - New federal charges have been filed. A federal grand jury has indicted him for nine counts of producing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

GUILTY PLEA September 19 - Foster pleaded guilty to two charges of production of child pornography involving children under the age of 12. Under the plea deal, Foster will be sentenced to at least 25 years in federal prison. He'll also have to register as a sex offender upon release from prison. He will be sentenced in December.

He also still faces state charges of sexual assault that could add many more years to the sentence.

Foster is presently scheduled to be sentenced on December 22, 2008.

Under the terms of a plea agreement, the United States will seek a sentence of between 25 and 27 years in prison. Foster has agreed not to seek a sentence of less than 25 years in prison. His ultimate sentence will be determined by the Honorable William K. Sessions III, as advised by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Under federal law, Foster faces a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 15 years and maximum term of imprisonment of 60 years. He will also be on federal supervised release after serving his prison sentence for a minimum of five years and possibly for life. He must also register as a sex offender.

Pacifica, CALIFORNIA

April 9, 2008 - Carlos D. Araiza, 44, a Terra Nova High School teacher, was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 2 on one count of receiving child pornography in or about January 2005 and one count of possessing child pornography in or about March 2005.

He ws arrested April 3 and pleaded not guilty.

GUILTY PLEA & SENTENCING September 20, 2008 - Araiza pleaded guilty in June to one count of receiving child pornography.

He admitted that the pornography "depicted prepubescent children, including depictions of sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence," Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Huang wrote in a sentencing memorandum in which he urged U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker to impose a 78-month sentence.

He was sentenced to five years in federal prison.

Leavenworth, KANSAS

September 22, 2008 - Anthony C. Baker, 36, a Leavenworth elementary school librarian, has been charged with three counts of rape, six counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.The crimes are alleged to have been committed in 2005 and 2006. The victim was 10 years old.

A preliminary is scheduled for October 29.

Baker worked for the Leavenworth public school district for 10 years, first as a teacher at Muncie Elementary School. He then spent 4.5 years as the school’s librarian. He resigned in the summer of 2007, school officials said.

Baker already has been sentenced in a federal case for a charge of producing child pornography. He was sentenced to 17.5 years in prison

At the time of the crime, Baker was a librarian at Muncie Elementary School in Leavenworth, Kan., and the victim was a 10-year-old student. Baker pleaded guilty in October 2007 to one count of producing child pornography.

In his plea, Baker admitted that he began tutoring the victim while she was a student at Muncie Elementary and that his wife objected to his having the girl over to their home and buying the girl presents. Baker’s wife began monitoring how he used the computer at home. She discovered files that indicated he was chatting over the Internet with underage girls and collecting pornography that included sexual images of children.

After she turned the computer over to law enforcement officers, investigators discovered images of Baker and girl performing oral sex on one another, as well of photos of them both naked, as well as photos of him penetrating the girl.

Baker will be required to register as a sex offender. When he is released from prison he will be required to serve 20 years on supervised release.

Wakarusa, KANSAS

He fantasized about getting married and having children he could "deflower."

June 3, 2008 - Coen Potts, 37, a elementary school art teacher, pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Potts taught at Pauline South Intermediate and Pauline Central Primary schools for four years before being fired in November 2006 — at that time suspected of having drug paraphernalia on school property.

Investigators began to focus on Potts when a woman who met him through a telephone dating service said he had fantasized to her about getting married and having children he could "deflower." He showed her child pornography images. He was removed from teaching duties Oct. 25, 2006 when a search of his home by FBI agents yielded thousands of electronically-stored child pornography images obtained by joining online groups. In addition, 52 printed images were found in a box, and 253 images were slipped inside page protectors within a three-ring binder.

He obtained most of the images by joining groups on the Internet for collectors and distributors of child pornography. He will be sentenced Sept 8.

SENTENCED September 8 - Potts was sentenced to more than 7 years in prison (85 months.) U.S. District Court Judge Julie Robinson trimmed a year off the recommended sentenced agreed to by Potts’ defense attorney and prosecutors as part of a plea deal.

Robinson said that Potts showed remorse and a desire to change. But the judge said she remained troubled that he had worked so closely with young children, that he had possessed marijuana on school grounds and that he was found with adult and child pornography as well as marijuana while awaiting trial.

Significant jail time, Robinson said, was required. She said she couldn’t forget about the children victimized in the photos and videos even if Potts hadn’t committed those acts. Consumers of child pornography, she said, help create a demand for such harmful actions.

“Those children’s lives have been harmed, perhaps destroyed,” she said.

At the sentencing, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christine Kenney, said that among the images and videos he mostly collected through the Internet, were ones in which children were clearly in pain. In one, she said, a child is handcuffed in a sexual act.

Among the seven letters of support, mostly from family and friends, there were three from teachers Potts had worked with.

Melbourne, ARKANSAS

Second band teacher arrested from the same school district.

From a story dated June 19, 2008 - Stacy Tucker, 39, was arrested August 2007 after he entered a chat room and began talking with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl but was actually an undercover police officer in another state.

Tucker was a band teacher at Izard County Consolidated School. He resigned shortly before his arrest.

He was indicted in August 2007 on one count child pornography. Tucker sent several pornographic pictures to the officer, one of which appeared to be of a nude white girl about 11 to 13 years old, with brownish hair and freckles. The affidavit states that the girl appeared to be taking the photo of herself.

On June 5, officers confiscated a laptop computer, with a web camera, along with other computer related items, telephone numbers and an envelope bearing possible passwords. The warrant gave officers authority to take anything of sexual content and any and all items related to child erotica.

In the affidavit, it is noted that individuals involved in the sexual exploitation of children through child pornography almost always keep copies of their sexually explicit material, especially when they are used in the seduction of children.

“Those materials are treated as prized possessions,” the affidavit states.

The school Superintendent said Tucker worked at ICC for one year and quit on June 19 to take another job, although no school requested a copy of his file.

SENTENCED September 4 - In March, Tucker pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography. Tucker was sentenced Wednesday to 48 months incarceration with 25 years supervised release. Conditions include undergoing mental health counseling and treatment, sex offender registration, monitored Internet access and no contact with minor children without the consent of a probation officer. (Federal sentencing is without any possibility of parole for the duration.)

Mission Viejo, CALIFORNIA

Pedophile arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography.
He is a substitute teacher at Esperanza High School in Mission Viejo.

September 4, 2008 - George Bull, 58, was arrested after authorities say he took sexually explicit photographs of underage boys in his bedroom and near his community pool and used his profile on MySpace to lure a 13-year-old Arizona boy into an online sexual relationship.

The FBI says it was tipped off by the father of a boy in Arizona who'd been receiving explicit messages from Bull. The father contacted the contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in June. (LINK to the Center. Their Cyber Tipline.)

Authorities found sexually explicit photos of boys between 8-12 years old on Bull's computer. An initial forensic preview of Bull's computer revealed sexually explicit photographs of prepubescent males, numerous images of child pornography and of minors with whom Bull may have had contact.

A soccer coach, involved with the American Youth Soccer Organization in Orange County. He was a soccer coach, youth referee coordinator and an AYSO board member. Bull also told investigators that he is a substitute teacher at Esperanza High School in Mission Viejo where he helped special-needs children of all ages.
