Jan 13, 2007 - Eric Kirchmann, a teacher and school board chairman of the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and making harassing phone calls to a police dispatcher.
A two-time Cotati City Council candidate who has served on the school board for 16 years, Kirchmann denied that he was drunk or disturbing officers and said he had no plans to resign.
