Nov 4, 2006 - Richard Parnell Rucker, 43, a teacher at South Washington County School District and later running a diversity program, was found guilty of felony first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct for molesting two female students.

According to the criminal complaint, Rucker was accused of engaging in sexual acts with the girls between August 2003 and August 2005. They were 13 and 14 when they met him.

Rucker has his own Wikipedia entry. That notes that Rucker had "low-level sex offenses" that had been expunged from his record prior to the Cottage Grove and Woodbury incidents.
