October 23, 2008 - Damon M. Williams, 26, described as "a popular L.E. Rabouin High School choir teacher" was arrested.
Another student said the 17-year-old male student told police
he "received a picture message of a penis" to his cell phone from Williams' phone, the victim told an adult relative, who ultimately came to the school.
Williams faces an obscenity charge. He has been placed on paid leave pending the outcome of the police investigation.
