May 29, 2009 - Herbert Tobar, 26, a Brazoswood High School custodian, was arrested, accused of having sex twice in one week with a 14-year-old girl who is a student at the school.
He and the girl allegedly had sex in the girls' locker room and then at his house. The girl's mother contacted police when the girl said she had sex with the custodian.
Tobar was hired in March. He was a substitute custodian who worked only when the school had an opening to fill. He was fired immediately.
