A wanna-be teacher was arrested for forgery. She claimed to be a teacher in California and in Washington. One of the documents containing Schwarzenegger’s signature was dated before he became governor.
April 5, 2008 - Jennifer Lynne Hansen, 25, is a part-time physical education teacher at a Siskiyou County elementary school. Well, was, before she was booked and arraigned in Superior Court on a series of felony charges - forgery, falsification of public seals, providing deceptive identification documents and offering false or forged instruments to be filed or recorded.
Hansen attended college in Washington, but she did not graduate and did not have a teaching credential from either state. The Office of Education noticed the errors and descrepancies -- in December.
Kermith R. Walters, superintendent of the Office of Education, said Thursday that Hansen is no longer teaching.
