"A couple of students said teachers left St. Charles Borromeo in tears over the news."

Arpil 23, 2008 - Joshua Dehne, 25, a teacher at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic grade school, was arrested for allegedly trying to set up a sexual rendezvous with a person he thought was 14-year-old girl. It turned out to be an uncover officer.

Dehne was charged in St. Louis County with attempted enticement of a child. He was placed on administrative leave. Dehne worked as the art teacher at Grace Lutheran grade school in Bellefontaine Neighbors last year.

ARRAIGNED June 25, 2008.

PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE scheduled for July 14 at 8:30 am in Division 17, before Judge LARRY L KENDRICK.
