Sex with a 13-year-old girl.

March 20, 2008 - Quinton Mosley, 29, a Brewbaker Junior High School band director, pleaded guilty to two counts of sodomy after investigators testified he had an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

Mosley was arrested in July 2007 and indicted in October.

Montgomery Public Schools says Mosley worked at Brewbaker Junior High from February 2005 until April of last year, but would not say why he either resigned or was terminated. Mosley will be sentenced next month.
