District officials moved Rooney to school after sexual improprieties with another girl in his previous school. So what do the school officials do? Well, what any good patronizingly smug group does: they lectured the parents on how to love their kids and protect them. They urged them to "monitor their children" and showed slideshows, lecturing parents on what the school fails to do daily: teach and protect children.
