March 15, 2008 - Donald Larry Winger, Jr., 61, a sixth-grade language arts teacher at Bradley Middle School, was arrested and has been charged with four felony counts of indecent liberties with a minor for molestation of two boys under age 16.
Police said the charges involved assaults on two children under 16. The alleged abuse happened four years ago when they were living with adoptive parents. Winger tutored the boys who are now 15 and 16 years old, are brothers. They were removed to a group home where one of the boys confided in a counselor.
