Dover, NEW HAMPSHIRE

March 4, 2008 - Daryl Robertson, 33, a t music eacher at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, was arrested late Monday, charged with one count of sexual assault, a Class A misdemeanor.

He is accused of groping the 18-year-old former student at his apartment during a gathering with some former students and friends in mid-November. The MALE student's father reported the alleged assault to the school about one month after it occurred. Police were later contacted.

Robertson was placed on paid administrative leave when the incident was reported in December.

Robertson is scheduled to be arraigned on March 21 at 9 a.m.

ARRAIGNMENT WAIVED March 22 - Robertson waived arraignment Friday morning. A trial date will be scheduled for the Class A misdemeanor.

August 18 - Robertson is no longer employed by the school, although whether is a result of Robertson’s arrest is unknown .
