Derry, NEW HAMPSHIRE

Good news.

Feb 12, 2008 - A judge denied William Flynn, 33, an early release from prison.

Flynn has been in jail for the past 17 years, and even though he's not eligible for parole for another decade, he asked a judge last month to let him out early. He, along with two friends killed Gregory Smart, 24, husband of teacher Pamela Smart at her instigation.

Judge Kenneth McHugh said Tuesday that the time Flynn served for the murder is not enough. He said that when Flynn has served 25 years in prison, he will become eligible for parole again.
TT entry for Flynn. She's in prison with a metal plate in her head and isn't going anywhere. Ever.
