Jan 11, 2008 - Gary Clinton Sumner, 53, a "longtime Greenwood School District teacher"(District staff) was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to an undercover Fort Smith police officer in restroom in a public park.
After following the officer into the restroom, Sumner allegedly exposed himself, then agreed to engage in oral sex with the officer. He was arrested on suspicion of loitering and indecent exposure.
He resigned.

Jan 15 - As a condition of his bond, Sumner was banned from all public parks. Trial is scheduled for Feb 26.
