LEGAL DECISION

Dec 11, 2007 - A judge denied early release for Vinson Shipley. Again.

It is the former Lorain Admiral King High School teacher's fourth request for early release.

Shipley, 58, is set to be released in August 2008. He is serving a six-year prison sentence after being convicted of using his position to take advantage of two students — one in 1996 and 1997 and another in 2002.
