Speaking of bozo judges.

Nov 16, 2007 - In sentencing Rebecca Lee Kelley, 24, the Arizona teacher involved with a 17-year-old boy, Pima County Superior Court Judge Gus Aragón told Kelley he's glad she took the charges against her so seriously and wished her luck in growing up.

The judge said he believes her actions were the result of immaturity, not a criminal mentality.
He sentenced her to probation.
