Sentenced (sorta) to three years' probation. The judge thought she was remorseful. And, well, there was her age to consider. 
Apr 17, 2007 - INDICTED:
Rebecca Kelley, 24, an English teacher at Salpointe Catholic High School, indicted on four felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
Kelley is accused of engaging in sexual activity with the teenager, but stops short of alleging she had sex with the boy. From the Tucson Citizen: Court records indicate that "biological evidence" taken from her home during a recent search includes "samples" from a love seat, from a couch and a rug in a living room, and samples from a bedroom floor and a mattress in a bedroom.
Kelley provided a DNA sample in the form of cells from inside her cheeks, according to those records.
She resigned a month ago. She pleaded not guilty. Next court appearance is June 1.
Update July 23 - KVOA has learned she may change her plea next month.
GUILTY PLEA Oct 15 - Kelley pleaded guilty to four charges, including failing to report an offense involving a minor and three separate charges of contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Arizona Daily Star: The plea agreement calls for the maximum three years. Kelley’s plea also calls for restitution, capped at $10,000, to pay for counseling for the boy and his mother. With the plea, the felony for failure to report a reportable offense can be designated as a misdemeanor by the judge at the end of probation. Kelly began teaching at Salpointe in spring 2005 as a student teacher and was hired to teach literature full-time in May 2005.
She will be sentenced Nov 13.
SENTENCED Nov 14 - Kelley was sentenced to three years' probation.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Gus Aragón said he believed probation was appropriate given Kelley’s remorse, acceptance of responsibility and age.The student was 17-years-old.
TT - It probably wouldn't surprise you to learn the judge's qualifications include previously serving on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness.
