Nov 5, 2007 - Willard P. Oliver, 46, a Sam Houston High School teacher, was arrested, accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual acts at least seven times with the 16-year-old girl.
He has been charged with 7 counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
Oliver was tutoring the girl at his home. When deputies questioned Oliver at his apartment, they recovered a small amount of marijuana. Oliver was issued a misdemeanor summons for possession of marijuana.
