October 2, 2008 - Towson High School English teacher Berdard Wenker, 59, was arrested Oct. 2 and indicted Friday on charges of sexual abuse of a minor and second-degree assault.
According to court documents, Wenker abused the teen over a five-year period, starting when she was 5 years old. An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 19.
