Forest City, NORTH CAROLINA

October 27, 2008 - Jimmy Walker, 58, a P.E. teacher at Dunbar Elementary was arrested after parents and a school investigator became suspicious He was charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a student.

"We started investigating several incidents that occurred January 2006 to October 2008 involving touching," Police Chief Randy Chapman said.

Walker resigned last week under a threat of termination for misconduct. He also voluntarily surrendered his teaching license.
