August 12, 2008 - Wayne Stevens, 57, described as "a school teacher from China," was arrested, charged with stalking for allegedly harassing a former co-worker.
Stevens has been employed as a school teacher for more than 20 years in various communities around Maine.
Det. Sgt. Kenneth Hatch discovered during a lengthy investigation that Stevens had continuously harassed and stalked a 20-year-old woman, Brackett said. Stevens allegedly stalked the woman, who was a former co-worker, over a period of several years.Full Name: Wayne C. Stevens
