August 5, 2008 - Rolando Longoria, 56, a substitute teacher in the the Skidmore Tynan Independent School District, was arrested August 1, charged with improper 
photography without consent and indecency with a child.
From the Beeville Bee-Picayne (August 6): Police said the victim in the initial charge was an adult.
[Deputy Capt. Dan] Caddell said that during the follow-up investigation, Linam found further evidence that led him to approach Justice of the Peace Joe Lyvers and obtain an arrest warrant against Longoria on a charge of indecency with a child by contact.During the search of the residence deputies seized computers and a cellular phone and turned them over for analysis at the crime laboratory in Corpus Christi.
