Van Nuys, CALIFORNIA

June 21, 2008 - Iusmen Iusmen, 59, a Van Nuys High School math teacher, was arrested today for allegedly kissing a 17-year-old student.

He is accused of kissing a 12th-grader on her cheeks and lips against her will.He also made sexually explicit statements to her, according to a police statement.
