Is this justice?TT entry entry for Hiezer. He was 50; his victim was 14.
Vernon Heizer rapes a child, no prison sentence-should have received 34 months for rape, 20 for child molestaion. Judge Culp dismissed one count of third-degree rape and communication with a minor for immoral puposes.
Heizer did get a $15,000 settlement from (the school) district, gets to move, gets outpatient treatment. Did they also buy him cake and coffee?
This person was a teacher-police officer; for shame on him and that court. This is not acceptable, and not justice.
