Revolving Door.

May 23, 2008 - Todd Sheerer, 30, was arrested (again) and returned to jail on Thursday afternoon after police said he was caught with the female student with whom he had a two-year sexual relationship — a violation of his bail conditions.

This is his second arrest for meeting with the girl in defiance of court orders. Originally arrested in January, he bought a cell phone for the girl so he could stay in contact. When police learned of it, he was arrested in March and bail was increased to $250,000.

The girl is currently staying with her grandmother and left the house to go for a walk. The grandmother followed after the girl didn't return and saw Sheerer. Later that day, police say, the alleged victim went to Lititz Police Detective John Schofield, telling him that she had been contacted several times by her former teacher.
