May 7, 2008 - Lawrence "Poppy" Vincent, 74, a track coach at Bracken Christian School, was arrested Monday and charged with indecent exposure.
The 74-year-old coach was allegedly caught exposing himself in broad daylight in McAllister Park. Police said he was holding a Bible and wearing a woman's undergarments.
In a park police report News 4 obtained, it states Vincent exposed himself to an undercover park police officer along one of the park's trails. The report also states the coach then pulled down his shorts "exposing floral panties" and "wearing a woman's bra."The school fired him.
