Walterboro, SOUTH CAROLINA

April 26, 2008 - Tracy Judy, 36, Forest Circle Middle School teacher was arrested on sex charges and accused of having a relationship with a student - a 15-year-old girl.

Judy is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
