FLORIDA Apil 8, 2008 - Today a Florida judge decided that skank Debra Lafave can be released from house arrest three months early. Assistant State Attorney Mike Sinicore strongly objected to Lafave's house arrest being ended early. "This is a very egregious offense," Sinicore said. "There's absolutely no reason for you to mitigate this sentence at all."

PENNSYLVANIA April 9, 2008 - Lebanon County (PA) Judge Bradford H. Charles sentenced Stephen A. Spiese, 57, a part-time teacher at Lebanon Valley College and actor, for child pornography. Spiese admitted that he has viewed child pornography for years.

After acknowledging letters of support for Charles, mostly from the artistic community, the judge noted the lack of any previous criminal record. "There is not one bit of evidence you ever acted inappropriately," he told Spiese.

But Charles said what Spiese did in downloading child pornography was not a victimless crime. "You made it possible for an eight-year old girl to be raped," he said.

Outrageously, Charles then sentenced Spiese to one month to one year in Lebanon County prison and 11 years of state probation. TT - entry

The video where the 8-year-old is raped depicts more than 75 girls and boys, some as young as about 1, being raped or forced to perform sexual acts with adults.
