Leavenworth, KANSAS

March 27, 2008 - Mohamed Dirshe, 26, a substitute teacher in Leavenworth schools, was arrested March 17 and faces three felony counts of unlawful sexual relations and three felony counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor for illicit purposes.

Police said one of the incidents involved a student from Immaculata High School while the other two involved a Leavenworth High School student. Dirshe is accused of inviting two 16-year-old male students to his home, giving them alcohol and having illegal sexual relations with them while they were under the influence.
