Blowing up a mailbox with a pipe bomb. Twice. Clever, huh?

March 6, 2008 - James Donohue III, 28, an elementary school teacher in the Montour School District, was arraigned, along with a friend, and both were charged with two counts each of possessing weapons of mass destruction, possessing explosive or incendiary devices, terroristic threats and attempted arson, in addition to reckless endangerment, loitering and prowling at night and criminal mischief.

The first time they blew up the neighbor's mailbox, they had been drinking.

A preliminary hearing is set for March 13.
