Feb 17, 2008 - Michael K. Kutner, 48, was arrested Sunday for felony driving under the influence after police said a check of his driver's license revealed he had been charged with driving under the influence four times in the past.
He lists his occupation as a teacher, but no details available. Police said a check of Kutner's driver's license showed he had been cited for driving under the influence twice in 1994, once in 2002, once in 2003, as well as for a refusal to submit to a breathalyzer in 2003.
