Larry Williams, superintendent of Sioux City Public Schools, said police asked to view information about the girls after the press conference last week. Some teacher records, which Williams described as teacher's personal notes, caught officers' attention.The girls were ages 10 and 8.
TT - The girls are both dead. Why was a subpeona required to access the records?
