Nov 2, 2007 - Emmanuel Loiseau, 32, a special education teacher at the Robbins Annex Elementary School, was charged with two counts of sexual assault for inappropriate touching of a 15-year-old girl.
He faces charges in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Nov 13 - The school board Tuesday night introduced a proposal to suspend special education teacher Emmanuel Loiseau. If the school board approves the proposal at its next meeting, Loiseau will be suspended with pay, retroactive to Oct. 29. His salary for the 2007-08 school year is $46,301.
While the charges against Loiseau, of Willingboro, aren't connected to his teaching post, the latest accusations are not the first.
During the investigation by Hamilton Detective Curt Otter, police learned Loiseau allegedly had other sexual contacts with the same girl in Morrisville, Pa. Additionally, the investigation revealed that a second victim, a teenage girl from Burlington Township, also had alleged sexual contact with Loiseau.
Both girls attend the church where Loiseau is an associate pastor, police said.
