Nov 30, 2007 - David N. Scheck, 25, a band director at West Morris Central High School, was arrested and charged with having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl who was a student at the school.
He is charged with
- one count of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault,
- one count of Second Degree Sexual Assault,
- one count of Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact,
- one count of fourth degree Criminal Sexual Contact,
- one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and
- one count of third degree Witness Tampering.
