sh sold or distributed marijuana.
Police got a tip and searched the trash outside his Fairfax Station home and found pot residue. After getting a warrant, they searched his home and found a marijuana growing operation. Their news release did not mention that he was a school administrator because there was no allegation of any link to the school. <---- RED FLAG

Marsh's wife, Jinny S. Marsh, 56, was issued a misdemeanor summons for possession of marijuana and was not arrested. He was placed on administrative leave.
GUILTY PLEA & SENTENCING (sorta) May 29, 2008 - March pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of possession with intent to distribute marijuana - a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months in jail - not prison - SUSPENDED and 12 months of unsupervised probation.
When police searched the Leonard house in October 2007, they found:
four mason jars of marijuana from a filing cabinet in the basement. Also taken from that cabinet were a scale, packing material, records and documents and smoking devices.The lowercase judge who is underserving of the honorific capitalization of a title was judge Stewart Davis.
From a workbench in the basement, police seized a jar, a marijuana smoking device, marijuana grinder, records and documents and two small containers of marijuana. Authorities also took "marijuana grow books" from a shelf by the workbench and a box of mason jars from the basement floor.
In addition, police seized marijuana, drug paraphernalia and records and documents from a bedroom, plus marijuana plants, a grow light and timers, as well as notes, records and documents, from an upstairs "grow room."
