Sept 10, 2007 - Thomas Khoe, 36, a band director at Chapman High School, was arrested, accused of inappropriately touching four underage girls and offering one of them money for sex.
He is charged with four counts of aggravated assault and battery, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of criminal solicitation of a minor.

Khoe was fired.
