August 7, 2007 - Lendon Lewis, 42, Dougherty County School System elementary teacher, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats.
Police say he's the one who put a package containing a powdery substance in a mailbox on Surrey Road in July.See July 28 news report on the anthrax scare.
