Apr 14, 2007 - Charges have been re-refiled against Francisco Gaytan, 52, a Folwell Middle School teacher. He was charged in November with accused of exposing himself to a 12-year-old student at the school. Those charges were dropped.

After further investigation two students who were in Gayton's class told investigators they had seen Gaytan fondle two female students in the fall of 2006. An new criminal complaint included the previous charge as well. He faces two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree.

His next court date is Apr 25.
