Feb 14, 2007 - Jamin Graham, 28, a science teacher at Spring Hill High School, was arrested and charged with having sex with a 15-year-old female student at the school where he once taught.
"Graham was a science teacher at Spring Hill High School, appointed for that position in May 2005. His resignation was approved in December 2005 to become effective at the end of last school year.
The alleged sex acts took place between May and July 2006, after Graham left the district, authorities said."

Graham has been released on bond. He is due back in court in June.

NOT GUILTY PLEA Jan 9 - Graham pleaded not guilty.
Graham submitted his letter of resignation to Spring Hill USD 230 in December 2005, but he finished out that school year.Superintendent Barton Goering previously has said the resignation was unrelated to the accusations.Graham’s next court appearance is scheduled for .
