Batesburg-Leesville, SOUTH CAROLINA

Feb 8, 2007 - Tabitha Summer, a Batesburg-Leesville High School teacher's assistant, was arrested and charged with providing alcohol to minors.

Summer is suspected of providing alcohol on two occasions to an 18-year-old student at the school. The alleged incidents occurred off school grounds. She is suspended with pay.
