Dec 22, 2006 - Police arrested substitute teacher Duane Moore, 33, and charged him with possession of a controlled substance for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Metro Nashville Police press release.

Feb 28 - Moore had a arrest record when he was hired. Moore was on probation from a prior drug arrest in the summer when he was charged last week, which could result in a probation violation for him as well. A hearing was scheduled for Feb 5. Can find no online updates.
