Dec 22, 2006 - Lynne Marie Filippini, was arrested for reportedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after hitting another car. Police found of two types of pills known for their anti-anxiety effects for which she did not have a prescription. She became combative with a police officer when she was taken to a local hospital to be checked out. She was still on probation from an earlier drug arrest and plea. (See below)

Jun 7, 2006 - (Pictured above) Lynne Marie Filippini, 47, kindergarten teacher, was sentenced to probation and 180 days in jail on weekends for being under the influence of drugs in her French Valley classroom. School officials had called authorities to report that she was acting irrationally in class and had a nosebleed. Police searched her home two days later and found drugs.
