No Excuses

OPINION

In "When Trusted Men Fail Us; Excuses Do, Too," an editorial in the Tampa Tribune Tom Jackson did not miss the connection between New York governor Eliot Spitzer's sex problems and the sentencing of Pasco Middle School band teacher Michael Black, 28.

Black was sentenced to 22 years for sex with a 13-year-old student. "Behavior," he said, "described in sanitized court documents as "lewd and lascivious battery."

Good reading.
