Hillsboro, TEXAS

Jan 10, 2008 - Xavier London, 25, a teacher at Hillsboro High School, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a car) and a criminal mischief charge.

London allegedly removed a peephole from a door at the the Motel 6 and knocked a taillight out of a car owned by a 25-year-old Hillsboro woman that was parked at the business. Reports also indicated that the suspect used his vehicle to strike the same car again at another business, knocking out the other taillight. The car was being driven by a 37-year-old Hillsboro man at the time. He was at the business to air up a tire.

The cases were referred to prosecutors but the female victim had expressed an interest in dropping the misdemeanor charge.
