GUILTY PLEA
August 31, 2007 - Robert Lamascus, 39, a social studies at Frisco High School, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
Many of these images contain victims who have been previously identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Lamascus worked for the Frisco Independent School District from August 2005 to February 2007, citing personal reasons as the reason for his resignation.
According to Carl Rusnok, director of communications in the Dallas office of the Department of Justice, Lamascus was arrested while he was employed by FISD.
Jan 10, 2008 - Lamascus was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison for possessing child pornography. He was also fined $3,000 and will be on seven years supervised release after prison. [There is no probation in Federal sentencing.]
