Alta, CALIFORNIA

Nov 12, 2007 - John Erickson, 62, a retired teacher who was a teacher's aide at Alta Dutch Flat School, was arrested on suspicion of committing lewd acts with a child.

Erickson is accused of exposing himself to one child.

"I'm devastated that this can go on," his neighbor said. "Children have a right to be innocent."
