June 5, 2007 - Shawn Bellicini, 32, science teacher at Bethlehem-Center High School, was arrested after selling 10 OxyContin tablets for $625 to an undercover trooper.
He faces charges of one count of dealing of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled June 13.
Feb 8, 2008 - Bellicini entered a plea (described as a "general plea"?? ) on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. The prosecution dropped the additional charges. The agreement did not include a fixed sentenced. The judge will decide. No sentencing date was given.
