Nov 14, 2007 - Larry Smith, 40, a seventh grade teacher at Military Magnet School, was arrested, accused of assault of a high and aggravated nature against a student.
The victim is a 15-year-old girl and a student at the school who said over a two month period, Smith approached her in various sexually explicit conversations while at school, including one allegation that he asked if he could lick her body up and down.
Smith is the second Charleston County School District teacher arrested this week.
