June 19, 2007 - Greg Monsolino, 39, a substitute teacher at the Hainesport Elementary School, was sentenced to four years after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 9-year-old boy in 2005. Monsolino will be subject to lifetime supervision and registration as a sex offender.
Monsolino pleaded guilty to sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Prosecutors dropped child pornography charges, including one count of distribution for the plea agreement.
He must serve 85% of his sentence.
