Gov. Spitzer's designation of May as Labor History Month took on additional meaning for an estimated 60,000 day care providers across the state when the governor signed an executive order giving the home-based providers the right to unionize.TT - It's what we need - more people who can't be fired. But think of the potential 60,000 voters, not to mention the union dues they will pay. Now if they can just think of a way of unionizing children from birth...
